Multiple issues with Win11 KB5028185 and how to fix them

Windows 11 22H2 Cumulative Update released on July 11, 2023 KB5028185  (OS Build 22621.1992) has been installed and several issues have been reported.

Although this was expected, many problems still occurred.

If you experience these symptoms, try restarting the computer again without performing any operations.

It seems that your PC may run slower the first time you start it after installing KB5028185.

Make sure to reboot instead of shutting down and starting up.
