I have also confirmed a problem in my environment where I was unable to connect to the Internet, and I was able to solve it using the method introduced here.
Additionally, there are also some environments where users can connect to the Internet but the connection speed is extremely slow, making it difficult to use the Internet as normal.
Furthermore, in some user environments, an issue has occurred where Paint (mspaint) cannot be launched after installing KB5033372.
When I try to start Paint, I get the message "Cannot create a new document."
What to do if you lose internet connection

7. Once your PC starts up and you sign in, you will be able to connect to the Internet and a "Network" option may appear on the right side of the screen. Select "Yes" or "No."

How to fix Paint (mspaint) not launching
If you are unable to start Paint, try reinstalling it.
1. Press Windows Key + R to open Run, type the following command and press Enter:
ms-settings:appsfeatures-app
2. "Apps and Features" will be displayed. Click "Paint" and then click "Uninstall" that appears.
*If "Paint" is not displayed here, skip the "Uninstall" step and proceed to step 7.
3. A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to uninstall the app. Click "Uninstall."
4. When the "User Account Control" message appears, click "Yes".

5. Paint will be uninstalled and when you are prompted to restart the computer, click "Yes".
6. When your PC starts up, it will display "Configuring updates" and after a while the sign-in screen will appear.
7. Once you've signed in,Start buttonRight-click and click Windows PowerShell (Admin).
8. When the "User Account Control" message appears, click "Yes".

9. Once Windows PowerShell is open, enter the following command:
DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Microsoft.Windows.MSPaint~~~~0.0.1.0
10. After entering the command, press Enter to begin installing Paint.
11. When the message "The operation completed successfully" appears, close Windows PowerShell.
At this point, Paint should be able to launch.
Try starting it from the Start menu, Windows Accessories, then Paint.
*Right-clicking on "Paint" will display a menu that allows you to pin it to the Start menu.
