How to view all devices that can be woken from standby and prevent them from waking up

1. Open Command Prompt as administrator, type the following code and press Enter:

4. When the "User Account Control" message appears, click "Yes".

3. Enter the following code as is and press Enter.

4. The Device Manager will open, so look for the device that was displayed earlier.

5. Double-click on these devices and open the Power Management tab.

6. The box next to "Allow this device to wake the computer" should be checked, so uncheck it and click OK.

Once this setting is complete, devices that have been unchecked will not be able to wake up from standby.

Why can I wake my computer from sleep mode by changing only the mouse settings?

For example, even if you set it so that only the mouse cannot be woken from sleep, moving or clicking the mouse may still wake the computer.
