This time, we will introduce a solution if you cannot install GeForce® Experience™.
In some environments, you may encounter the error message "an unknown error has occurred." However, the method introduced here may be able to resolve the issue, so please try it out.
Solution
1. GeForce® Experience™ System Requirements
Before installing GeForce® Experience™, make sure your system meets the requirements.
If the system requirements are not met, the installation will fail.
Please see the GeForce® Experience™ system requirements at:
https://www.nvidia.com/ja-jp/geforce/geforce-experience/system-requirements/
2. Download GeForce® Experience™
Installing an older version of GeForce® Experience™ may fail, so try downloading and installing the latest version.
You can download the latest version of GeForce® Experience™ from the following page:
https://www.nvidia.com/ja-jp/geforce/geforce-experience/
3. Disable security software and system management software
Some security software (including Microsoft Defender) and system management software may block the installation of GeForce® Experience™.
Try temporarily disabling it only while installing GeForce® Experience™.
4. Boot in "Safe Mode with Networking" and then install
How to open the Recovery Environment (WinRE) in Windows 11 Refer to the instructions to boot in "Safe Mode with Networking" and install GeForce® Experience™.
5. DNS server address settings
If you have set your DNS server address to a static address instead of "Obtain DNS server address automatically," change it to automatic before installing GeForce® Experience™.
6. Configuring the service
Press Windows key + R to open Run, type services.msc and press Enter.
The Services window will open, so start the following three services:
1. Start the "Device Install Service".
2. Start "Device Setup Manager".
3. Start "Windows Installer".
4. Close the service and try installing GeForce® Experience™.
7. Download and install the official NVIDIA graphics driver
Download and install the graphics driver from the official NVIDIA website.
How to download official NVIDIA graphics drivers
1. When you run the downloaded graphics driver, the "User Account Control" screen will appear. Click "Yes".

2. Just click OK.
3. The NVIDIA installer will open. Make sure "NVIDIA Graphics Driver and GeForce Experience" is checked and click "Agree and Continue."
This will install the latest drivers and GeForce® Experience™ at the same time.
