Solved! Unable to install GeForce® Experience™

1. GeForce® Experience™ System Requirements

Before installing GeForce® Experience™, make sure your system meets the requirements.

If the system requirements are not met, the installation will fail.

2. Download GeForce® Experience™

Installing an older version of GeForce® Experience™ may fail, so try downloading and installing the latest version.

You can download the latest version of GeForce® Experience™ from the following page:

3. Disable security software and system management software

Some security software (including Microsoft Defender) and system management software may block the installation of GeForce® Experience™.

Try temporarily disabling it only while installing GeForce® Experience™.

4. Boot in "Safe Mode with Networking" and then install

5. DNS server address settings

If you have set your DNS server address to a static address instead of "Obtain DNS server address automatically," change it to automatic before installing GeForce® Experience™.

6. Configuring the service

Press Windows key + R to open Run, type services.msc and press Enter.

The Services window will open, so start the following three services:

1. Start the "Device Install Service".

2. Start "Device Setup Manager".

3. Start "Windows Installer".

4. Close the service and try installing GeForce® Experience™.

7. Download and install the official NVIDIA graphics driver

Download and install the graphics driver from the official NVIDIA website.

How to download official NVIDIA graphics drivers

1. When you run the downloaded graphics driver, the "User Account Control" screen will appear. Click "Yes".

2. Just click OK.

3. The NVIDIA installer will open. Make sure "NVIDIA Graphics Driver and GeForce Experience" is checked and click "Agree and Continue."
