Even if I turn off high contrast in Windows 10, it stays black and white and doesn't go back to normal.

This time, we will introduce a solution for when you set Windows 10 high contrast to "On" and then set it back to "Off" and it does not revert to its original state.

When you turn high contrast on, the colors will look like this:

"Personalization" > "High Contrast"
"Personalization" > "High Contrast"

Normally, setting it to "Off" should restore the original color, but in some environments it may not return to its original color.
