Windows 11 搭載 PC を購入する際の注意事項

Windows 11 搭載 PC を購入する際、特に注意していただきたいのは、ECサイトや中古市場での非対応 PC 販売の実態です。

Amazon や楽天などで「Windows 11 搭載」と検索しても、上記の一覧にない古い CPU（Windows 11 非対応）を搭載した PC が検索結果に表示されることがあります。これは、メルカリなどのフリマサイトでも同様です。

以下の点に注意し、しっかりとスペックを確認するようにしましょう。

  • モデル名が不明確な商品は避ける: 特に「CPU:第〇世代 Core i5」のように、正確な CPU のモデル名が書かれていない商品は購入しないでください。 （例:「Intel Core i5-8250U」のように具体的な型番が必要です）
  • 商品説明を隅々まで確認する: 「Windows 11 搭載可能」といった曖昧な表現や、最小システム要件に関する但し書きが小さな文字で記載されていないか、必ずチェックしましょう。
  • CPU対応リストと照合する: 購入を検討している PC の CPU が、必ずこの記事の上記一覧に記載されているか、型番まで一致しているかを慎重に照合してください。

もしも非対応 PC と知らずに購入してしまった場合、後で不具合が発生しても、すべて自己責任となります。トラブルを避けるためにも、購入前の確認を徹底しましょう。
