The procedure for using the troubleshooting tool is almost the same in Windows 10 and Windows 11, so we will explain it using Windows 11 screens.
1. For example, if you cannot connect to the Internet, click the "Run" button to the right of "Internet Connection."

2. The message "Detecting problems" will be displayed, so please wait for a while.

3. Click "Troubleshoot your Internet connection."
4. The message "Connecting to http://www.microsoft.com" will be displayed, but please proceed as is.

5. After a while, the problem will be detected, so please check the details.
If you look at the image below (problem found), you can see that it says "Ethernet 3 adapter is disabled."
6. We will continue with the repairs, so click "Run these repair methods as administrator."

7. Once the repair is complete, "Resolved" will appear to the right of "Ethernet 3 adapter is disabled."
In some cases, you may see the message "Could not resolve."
Additionally, running the troubleshooter may reset some system settings to their default settings.
