1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to the following Google Photos page:

3. The Google Account login screen (account selection) will appear. Click the account framed in red or "Use another account" to log in.
4. The Google Photos page will appear, so click the icon with the arrow.
5. "Install Google Photos" will be displayed, so click "Install".
6. The Google Photos app will then launch and you will see a message in the bottom right corner asking, "Do you want to pin Google Photos to the taskbar?" Click "Yes" or "No, thanks."
At this point, you'll usually see a Google Photos shortcut icon on your desktop.
How to uninstall the Google Photos app
1. Open the Google Photos app and click "..." in the top right corner.
2. "App Information" will be displayed, so click "App Settings".
3. Microsoft Edge will then launch and display "All apps / Google Photos." Click "Uninstall."
4. A confirmation screen for uninstallation will appear, so click "Delete".
If you check "Also clear Microsoft Edge data (photos.google.com)" and click "Delete," your browsing history (cookies, etc.) related to photos.google.com will be deleted and you will be logged out of the Google Photos page. Images in Google Photos will not be deleted.
