1. Open from the Start button

If Windows won't start
If Windows won't start, you can open the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) using one of the following methods:
- Immediately after turning on your PC (when the manufacturer's logo is displayed) or when it is stuck on a blue screen, press and hold the power button to force a shutdown two or three times to open the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).
- In some environments, you can open it by pressing the F11 button on your keyboard immediately after turning on your PC.
