Is the text displaying too light in Windows 11? How to change the size and darkness to make it easier to read

This time, I would like to introduce how to change the font size and darkness in Windows 11 settings.

Some Windows 11 users are finding the text in the Settings and Start menus to be very faint and difficult to read.

This is especially inconvenient for the elderly and those with poor eyesight.

Some of you may not know this, but in Windows 11, you can change the text size and darkness in the settings without using third-party software.

Just changing the darkness will make it much easier to see, so please give it a try.

Compared to the image above, the text is now larger, right? Try changing it and see for yourself.

If the font size is too large it will be difficult to read, so try changing it to a size that suits you.

It may not be possible to make precise size adjustments using the mouse, so in that case, click the blue circle on the slider once and then use the "↑", "↓", "←", and "→" keys on the keyboard to adjust the size in 1% increments.

Change the font density

1.Start buttonRight-click > Settings.

2. "Settings" will open, so click "Personalization" on the left, scroll down on the right and click "Fonts."

The text of apps in the Start menu has also become darker.

It also affects text in browsers, store apps, and other software that does not control the size or darkness of the text itself.

If you want to return the intensity to the original level, click "Next" without selecting anything in steps 5 to 10, then click "Finish" and sign out.
