Win11 Solved! After moving an app registered as a default app, the "Always use" button does not appear

This time, we will introduce what to do if the "Always use" button disappears after moving an app registered as a default app in Windows 11.

For example, an image file (extension .png) > Open with > Choose another program > Select an app on your PC > Select an app (painting software AzPainter2).

If you simply click "Always use," the app will open, and from the next time you double-click an image file, the app (AzPainter2) will automatically open.

However, if you move an app folder that was originally in the Downloads folder, for example, when you double-click an image file to open it, a screen will appear saying "Select an app to open .png files," and the app will not open.

Here, select the app (AzPainter2) in the new location under "Choose an app on your PC."

*Even if you specify an app, the "Always use" button will not be displayed, but this is OK.

Don't panic here, just double-click the app (AzPainter2) that is still displayed.

The app will then open, and the next time you double-click it, the app (AzPainter2) will open in the new location.
