Microsoft has updated the known issues section for Windows 11 22H2 update KB5031455 and 23H2 to acknowledge the issue with Copilot (preview version).
On Windows devices with multiple monitors, you may experience issues with desktop icons moving unexpectedly between monitors or other icon placement issues when trying to use Copilot on Windows (Preview).

To help prevent users from encountering this issue, Microsoft may make Copilot (Preview) unavailable on devices that are or are currently being used in multi-monitor configurations.
*This issue is a bug that has been present since KB5030310.
Microsoft is currently working on a solution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

However, as mentioned on the page above, please note that if you enable Copilot while the Explorer tab function is disabled, Explorer will not start.
