This time, I discovered a way to restore personal folders to the "This PC" section of File Explorer, so I created a tool to make it easy to show and hide them.
Up until Windows 11 21H2, the personal folders "Downloads," "Documents," "Pictures," "Videos," "Music," and "Desktop" were displayed.
The specifications have changed in Windows 11 22H2, and when you open "This PC" in Explorer, only "Devices and drives" is displayed.
How to use the tool
The changes are no longer reflected in environments where Windows 11 update KB5037853, released on May 29, 2024, or later is installed.
"A tool to completely restore the old Windows Explorer (with ribbon)We have integrated the function to display personal folders into ", so please use that.

1. Copy the downloaded "RestorePersonalFolderToPC.zip"Unzipand run "RestorePersonalFolderToPC.exe" inside.
2. When the User Account Control message appears, click "Yes".
3. Once the tool is launched, check the items you want and the changes will be reflected immediately.
Please check by opening "PC" in Explorer.
In addition to the personal folders "Downloads," "Documents," "Pictures," "Videos," "Music," and "Desktop," we have also added an "Options" item, so please display it as you like.
Click the "Personal Folders" button, check all of the "Personal Folders" boxes, and uncheck "Options" if it is checked.
Click the "Check All" button to check all items.
Click the "Reset" button to uncheck everything.
