This is not a bug, but is caused by Japanese input.
How to fix the problem of text appearing in the upper left corner of the screen
First, press Windows key + I to open Settings.

1. Click "Time and Language."

5. Make sure that "Install language pack" is checked and click "Install."
*You can uncheck "Handwritten input".
6. The language pack will begin downloading and installation.
7. Once the language pack installation is complete, close Settings and you're done.
