This time, we will introduce a solution for when an application window becomes blurry after changing the "Zoom" size in "Scale and Layout" in Windows 10/11.
You may have tried changing the "Zoom" setting in "Scale and Layout" from 100% to 125% or similar to enlarge the text, icons, or windows on the screen, but in some applications, this can cause the entire window to become blurry.
Actual symptoms
For example, if you change "Scaling" in "Scaling and Layout" to 125%
Some applications stretch images and make them blurry.

What causes blurry application windows?
Some applications are not designed to be high DPI aware when they are created.
Many applications are now high DPI aware, but some older applications are not high DPI aware, causing images to appear blurry when zoomed in.
*Some of the software I created myself does not support high DPI.
How to fix blurry application windows
1. Right-click on an empty area of the desktop and click "Display settings".
Windows 10
2. In the display settings, click "Advanced display scaling settings."
Windows 11
2. In the display settings, click the circled area in the image below.
The operation method from here is almost the same, so we will explain it using Windows 11 screens.
3. For example, if you want to set it to 125%, enter "125" in "Custom Scaling".
4. Click the check button on the right (or the Apply button for Windows 10).
5.Then, the words "Sign out now" will appear, so click it to sign out.
6. Once you're signed in, try opening the application.
The application will return to 100% size and will no longer be blurry.
Win10/Win11 Solved! Unable to select "Zoom in/out" after changing custom scaling
If you don't want to change the custom scaling
If you don't want to change custom scaling, try changing the settings for each application.
1. Right-click the application you want to eliminate blurriness from > click "Properties" to open it.
2. Open the "Compatibility" tab and click "Change high DPI settings" at the bottom.
3. Under "High DPI Scaling Override", check "Override high DPI scaling behavior."
4. Once you check the box, you will be able to select "Scaling performed by:", so select "Application" and click OK.

This completes the settings.
If the application is running, close it and then run it again and the blurriness should go away.
