[Win11] Even after shutting down, it keeps restarting! Causes and solutions

This time, we will introduce how to deal with the situation when Windows 11 restarts automatically even after shutting down.hardwareThere are various possible causes, such as driver compatibility issues, Windows Update or third-party software, or corrupted system files.

In fact, in many cases, the Windows 11 default setting "Automatically restart on system error" is still active even though some kind of error occurs during shutdown. Therefore, we will start by changing this setting to disable automatic restart and identifying the cause of the error.
