If you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11 and have been away from your computer for a while or have not signed in for a long period of time, you may be concerned that someone else may have signed in.
Windows 10/11 has a feature called "Interactive Sign-in" that displays information about whether sign-in was successful or failed when you sign in.
This feature is disabled by default and requires configuration to be enabled.
By enabling this function, you will be able to detect fraudulent sign-ins or sign-in attempts by third parties early on.
How to enable "Interactive Sign-in"
If you operate the registry incorrectly, it may cause problems such as the system being unable to start. Please make a backup in advance using system restore or similar, and proceed at your own risk.

Press OK or Enter and you'll be signed in as normal.
Second sign-in screen
From the second time onwards, successful and unsuccessful sign-in attempts will be displayed as follows:

If you enter an incorrect password and your sign-in fails
If you enter an incorrect password and fail to sign in, the number of failed attempts and the time of failure will be displayed, which will help you detect fraudulent sign-ins.
To prevent unauthorized sign-ins, it's important to create a strong password. Make it long, complex, and use numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters, and symbols.
