How to fix the issue of no video output or failure from ASUS Win11 24H2 graphics card

ASUS updated their FAQ for Windows 11 version 24H2 on 11/20/2024.

* "Why does the graphics card attached to an Intel® Z890 series motherboard not output video or fail to output video when installing Windows 11 version 24H2?"

This issue only occurs (and has been confirmed) when installing Windows 11 version 24H2 on an Intel® Z890 series motherboard, and may be caused by a conflict between the graphics card (GPU) and the integrated graphics (iGPU).

ASUS has published a workaround to resolve this issue.

Solution 1: Update to the latest BIOS version

Updating your motherboard's BIOS using a BIOS file downloaded from the ASUS website will resolve the issue.

Solution 2: Change Settings in UEFI BIOS Utility

Disabling the integrated graphics from the BIOS settings will resolve the issue.

Please check the official website for specific operating procedures.
